ATMD Fees

 
 

FEES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN JULY 31 ANNUALLY
Operations fees were approved to offset administrative costs for the District, the following fees are effective beginning July, 31 2018:

  • 2019 Maintenance & Operations Fee: $500 per parcel, due July, 31 2019

  • Trash - Optional unless the home is a rental in order to insure a safe community. ATMD mandates trash service be provided by a property owner to their tenants. 

  • 2019 Full-Time Resident Trash Rate: $120 per parcel with house, due July, 31 2019

  • 2019 Summer Resident Trash Rate: $60 per parcel with house, due July, 31 2019

  • Transfer of Ownership Fee $50

  • $250 new construction/driveway permit/fee

  • Bounced check fee of $50 for non-sufficient funds

  • Document request per page fee of $1.25

  • Collection Fee $50

Online payments are made through the State of Colorado’s official web portal, Colorado.gov.  This service is provided by a third party, working in partnership with the State of Colorado.  Transaction prices are as follows:

  • E-Check = $1.00 flat rate

  • Credit Card = (Transaction Amount + $0.75) X 2.25%)
